From the moment Lincoln arrived, we have learned to live each day to its fulliest. Not knowing what tomorrow holds, is the hardest part of this syndrome. In 3 short years, Lincoln has been through many hospitalizations, and medications to keep him healthy. Our dream is to be relieved of this constant fear that tomorrow may never come for Lincoln.
He may not be able to verbalize his thoughts, but his eyes speak constantly. A tender gaze from Lincoln re-assures me that everything will be ok.
